The schedule that I will be attempting contains two 30 minute naps and 3 hours of core sleep, meaning I will only be getting 4 hours of sleep a day, instead of the standard 12 that I normally try to get.
My schedule:
1-4: Core sleep
4-10: Awake
10-10:30: Nap
10:30-5: awake
5-5:30:Nap
5:30-1: awake
This is the schedule I'll be attempting to sleep.
